ROCPLEX Hexa Grip Plywood
ROCPLEX Hexa Grip Plywood is a high-quality and durable plywood specifically designed to provide a slip-resistant surface for various applications. It features a unique hexagonal grip pattern, offering excellent traction and stability. The plywood is manufactured using quality birch veneers bonded together with a superior bond strength super E0 waterproof adhesive. Both flat and smooth surfaces of the plywood are pressed with a phenolic film under high pressure and temperature, with one surface being smooth and the other having a textured pattern.
The birch veneer core of the plywood is fine textured, strong, and dense, making it ideal for engineering applications that prioritize precision, stability, flatness, and strength.
To enhance moisture resistance, the edges of the plywood are sealed three times with waterproof paint during the manufacturing process, minimizing moisture penetration.
ROCPLEX Hexa Grip Plywood offers improved resistance to abrasion, moisture penetration, chemicals, insects, and fungi, ensuring durability and longevity. It is certified to the EN636-2s standard, meeting industry requirements and quality standards.
